Copper and Copper alloy Seamless Condenser Tube ASTM B111 C12200 99.9Cu H55 H80
C12200 Tube also known as **DHP (Deoxidized High Phosphorus) Copper. This alloy is widely used in plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and other industrial applications due to its excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and soldering/brazing properties.
Properties:

Comparison with Other Copper Alloys:
- C10200 (Oxygen-Free Copper): Higher purity, used in electrical applications.
- C12000 (Phosphorus-Deoxidized Copper): Similar but with slightly different phosphorus content.
- C12200 (DHP Copper): Preferred for plumbing due to better brazing & corrosion resistance.

1.Annealed (O):
Fully soft for maximum ductility.
Suitable for bending, forming, and welding.
Commonly used in heat exchangers and condensers.
2.Half-Hard (H55):

Ideal for applications requiring moderate mechanical strength and some flexibility.
3.Hard (H80):
Maximum strength with minimal elongation.
Used in high-pressure systems and environments where wear resistance is critical.
